Justin joined Sound Planning Group in 2018. He spent the first part of his professional career in the technology industry, where he specialized in a variety of things, including leadership and management, operations and process development, information security, PCI-DSS compliance program management, risk management, merchant underwriting, and client experience. Justin’s alma mater is Kirkland’s own Northwest University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Pastoral Ministry (i.e. leadership, ethics and theology). Justin is passionate about relationships and organizational development, so he loves working with SPG, where he can help nurture and empower the people and culture of SPG. Justin and his wife have four children, Jayden, Kierra, Elijah, and Audrielle; they also have two goofy goldendoodles, Lucky and Lucy.
