SPG is bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law. Federal law gives the customer the right to limit some but not all sharing of personal information. It also requires us to tell you how SPG collects, shares, and protects your personal information.

SPG collects nonpublic personal information about you that is either provided to us by you or obtained by us with your authorization. This can include but is not limited to your Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Banking Information, Financial Account Numbers and/or Balances, Sources of Income, and Credit Card Numbers or Information. When you are no longer our customer, SPG may continue to share your information if necessary, only as described in this notice (e.g. compliance with law enforcement inquiries).

SPG only shares your information with parties whose use of your information is required for us to provide you with the services that it offers and to execute the responsibilities SPG maintains as a fiduciary, as well as any necessary compliance with legal and regulatory organizations. These parties include, but are not limited to, nonaffiliated third parties, Co-Providers/Third Party Money Managers, Financial Custodians, Insurance Carriers, Essential SaaS Providers (e.g. CRM, Document Storage, Financial Planning, etc.), the Securities Exchange Commission, local, state and federal law enforcement (upon request). In the section below, SPG lists the reasons that it may share your personal information:

  • For everyday business purposes – such as to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus;
  • For our affiliates’ (see definition below) everyday business purposes – information about your transactions and experiences and information about your creditworthiness;
  • For our marketing – to offer our products and services to you (including our affiliates - i.e. companies related to us by common ownership or control). Information used for marketing purposes is strictly limited to the basic information required for communication, such as name and email address. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
    • a) Reply Stop to opt-out, Reply Help for Help.
      b) Message Frequency May Vary.
      c) Data Rates May Apply
      d) Carriers are not liable for undelivered messages.
  • In addition, SPG may occasionally solicit reviews from its clients. Responses to these requests may be used by SPG in marketing materials and other communications, and in so doing, SPG may identify the applicable person(s) as a current or former client of SPG. If you are a new customer, SPG may begin sharing your information on the day you sign our agreement. When you are no longer our customer, SPG may continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

Federal law allows you the right to limit the sharing of your nonpublic information by “opting-out” of the following: sharing for non-affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness; or sharing with affiliates or non-affiliates who use your information to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. Please notify us immediately by calling our office at 425-821-9442 or sending an email to if you choose to opt out of these types of sharing.

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, SPG uses security measures that comply with federal law, including computer safeguards, cybersecurity, and secured files and building access.
