Happy Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)! Medicare is continuing to experience changes from the Inflation Reduction Act, which is still affecting prescription drug costs and benefits in Medicare Advantage plans, regardless of the plan.
If you have reviewed your annual notice of change from your current Medicare plan and decide that you do not want to make any changes, you do not need to do anything. No action is required on your part.
At Sound Planning Group, we have been diligently preparing to navigate these annual changes. Below is a survey link for you to provide your updated physician and prescription information so we can make sure that your prescriptions/doctors are still covered for 2027.
If you’d like to consider other plan options, pease complete the survey below that includes the mandatory permission form. Once you complete the survey, you will be prompted to book an appointment.
Ready to get started?
Step 1
You will need to complete your survey BEFORE our meeting per CMS guidelines. Once you complete the survey, you will be prompted to book your appointment.
Here's a snapshot of the timeline & what to expect:
- Your annual notice of change from your current plan outlines the details of next year's plan. If you wish to remain on your current plan, no action is required.
- If you would like to explore your options, fill out the survey with your prescriptions, doctors, email, physical or mailing address, and phone number.
- October 1st is when I am allowed to discuss other plan options for 2027.
- October 15th is the first day I will be able to submit any Medicare plan changes.
- December 7th is the last day to make any changes that will take effect on 1/1/27. December 7th is also the final day to make any prescription drug plan changes for 2027.
